It's also fairly easy to make your own shower cakes. Just create three different size tiers using diapers. Roll diapers individually, pack them together in standing position to form a circle and tie with a ribbon to secure them - that's one layer. For the smallest tier on the top, use a baby bottle filled with candies, chocolates, etc in the center.

Secure the bottom tier to a cardboard using adhesive tape. Secure the middle tier to the bottom one similarly and finally the tier with the bottle (this is the top layer). Add in other products like pacifiers, etc by tucking them into the ribbons around the layers. Now finish it off by wrapping the whole assembly in clear cellophane and tying it at the top with an attractive bow. This makes an authentic, adorable baby shower cake!
